If an attorney already exists in CRM and was verified less than 150 days ago, the system handles ABS automatically — no analyst action required.
In any data discrepancy between CRM and submission email, the submission email is the source of truth for cross-matching.
Clean bar searches (active, no issues) require CRM notation only — no PDF save or upload. PDF must be saved and uploaded only when delinquency, disciplinary actions, or status concerns are returned. Do not save screenshots.
If the bar search returns a personal email, always use the firm email from the submitter or CRM. Attorneys often register personal contact info with the bar. Use personal email only when no firm email exists.
An inactive attorney immediately halts lead qualification. The lead is tagged "Waiting on Docs" and submitter must provide a new attorney.
New Hampshire, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Virginia do not support online-only verification and require a direct call to the licensing agency.
Disciplinary hits on active deals must be emailed to servicing@, dbaggett@, and [email protected]. Firm changes go to servicing@ only.
